I'm Nicole Norella
Integration & Intuition Coach, Creative Soul, Mother, Writer, and Nature Lover.
About Me
Hello, I’m Nicole Norella and I founded Norella Coaching because I am passionate about connecting with people. Each day I find myself in awe of the amazing diversity and depth of humanity, and I am privileged to connect with the unique story of everyone I meet.
I believe our world works best when people are living as their most authentic selves, connected to their inner wisdom and gifts, and creating a life of wholeness and contribution. Guiding others in this journey is my contribution. I am grateful for and honored by the opportunity to invest in the lives of my clients.
While I hold a Bachelors in Psychology from Seattle University, I spent the last two decades working in finance and organizational operations. No matter my role, though, I always found myself coaching.
I decided to lean into my passion for empowering others, an have honed my craft through countless hours of practicum and training. I hold coaching certifications as an Intuitive Life Coach and an Integrative Holistic Coach through Legacy Training International.
I am deeply curious…so much so that my grandfather had to institute “it’s not why time,” when I was a child.
I love gardening and I get my best insights with my fingers in the dirt! After much anticipation, the first homegrown tomato of each season is honored with a solo portrait.
Coffee table book forthcoming.

My Values
Connection
I believe connection is the core foundation of the human experience. The essence of our “hero’s journey” is the quest for connection to self, others, nature, and the divine.
Authenticity
Getting to the heart of what is real about ourselves is what leads us into a life of integrity (literally holding together.) Without authenticity we will never experience true freedom or connection.
Curiosity
A cat-like approach to life can work wonders for the soul. One part wonder and one part play, getting curious sets us free to experience ourselves, others, and our world more fully.
